C.H.A.I. Living offers our patients access to the finest vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals, herbal, and homeopathic remedies. Dr. Pastore personally researches and carefully selects all the products she recommends to her patients to meet their individual needs.

For your convenience we have created links to our suppliers enabling you to learn more about the products Dr. Pastore prescribes in your Wellness Plan.  You may purchase many of them directly on-line! The others you may purchase through the Center.  At CHI-Medicine we use a variety of suppliers in order to choose the best available products on the market. Please visit their websites and call the Center with any questions you may have.

C.H.A.I. Living selects:

Metagenics - In order to place an order, an account must be set up.  Please set up account

Xymogen - An account must be set up in order to place an order.  Use referral Code CHAI (all caps) when prompted and Pastore for doctors last name.

Biotics - Your first order with Biotics needs to be placed by phone (800) 231 5777.  You will be asked for a provider ID # which is 05-TD5326.  Once placed, you will receive a Customer ID # that you will use in setting up your online account for future orders.  Please note it takes approx 24 hours after submission for your online acct to be active.

Nutrametrix  - In order to place an order, an account must be set up.  Please set up account and you can place your first order immediately.

NeuroScience- At this time, NeuroScience does not offer patient direct ordering.  Please call the center at least two weeks before your need supplement to ensure that it is in stock.
